Students are evaluated not only on the basis of an annual examination but under a year-long system as well. parent-teacher meeting are held regularly in the school to review and discuss progress of the children at the of each term. parents are requested not to meet the teacher during the normal teaching periods. They may-if they so desire, see the teacher as per the following schedule :-

Parents of the students studying in the classes L.K.G. and U.K.G. on all Saturday from 9-00 A.M. to 10-30 A.M.
Parents of students Studying in the classes I-XII on the first Saturday of every month immediately after teaching hours.
