FOUNDERS DAY CELEBRATIONS

1. On account of FOUNDER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS the school will remain closed (except for classes VII and VII) on 25^th Nov. 2009 and as Preparatory Holiday on 26^th Nov.2009 (Classes I to XII).

2. The students of classes of VII and VIII will come to school at 8:50 A.M. in proper school uniform.

3. The students will assemble at the main stage for attendance and will proceed to M.G.N. U.E. II.

4. Students will reach back at M.G.N Public School, Adarsh Nagar by about 3.30 P.M.

5. Parents may collect their wards from M.G.N. U.E II at about 3.00 P.M.

6. Attendance is compulsory for the students as well as the staff. Defaulter students will be reprimanded.

7. Reporting time for the staff is 8.45A.M at M.G.N. Public School, Adarsh Nagar and the staff can report directly to M.G.N. U.E II at 9.15 A.M. (with prior intimation to Vice Principal)

8. Staff and students will maintain discipline especially in the pandal .Movement during the function must be reduced to emergency only and that too for a short duration.
